I would like to thank all involved with my husband's 70th birthday celebrations yesterday. Everything ran like clockwork, the meal was delicious (there were lots of complimentary comments from the guests) and the service excellent. We all had a great time and I shall recommend your facilities to others. Thank you once again for making my husband's day a wonderful and fun event."

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate you and your excellent staff for the wonderful weekend that our members were treated to in your hotel. I did not receive a single complaint from any of my members and they also told me how they found your staff to be very professional and courteous. All my members have said that if we can persuade my Manager not to stop the trips to Blackpool then they would all like to return to your hotel. I would especially like to mention Paul and Mat who handled our rowdy crowd with a great sense of humour and still managed to avoid being assaulted by our more fruity members.... I hope that you can pass on our compliments to your staff and thank them for their time and attention. Once again our sincerest thanks for a wonderful weekend. Hopefully in the future we can do it again."
